Shera Technology, an American run and China based contract electronic manufacturing services (EMS), has been providing manufacturing, engineering and sourcing services since 1992.

We specialize in turnkey manufacturing of finished products with a mix of sophisticated electronics and precision mechanical assemblies. Our core competencies are providing low costs, quality products, clear communication, added value and commitment to customers.

We primarily manufacture payment terminals, data collection terminals, industrial controllers, wireless handheld/portatble devices, and thermal printers for market leading companies in the financial, security, commercial and industrial sectors. Our manufacturing capabilities represent the core of our business and are considered by many of our customers to be a fundamental underpinning of their own organization.

Our unique business model provides great value to our customers by combining lean manufacturing in a low cost environment with western management and sector diversified manufacturing. This allows us to deliver sophisticated electronic and mechanical assemblies at a competitive price.

Our services include:
*Turnkey manufacturing from PCB and mechanical assemblies to turnkey manufacturing of finished goods.
*Offshore Manufacturing of sophisticated electronic and mechanical assemblies for western clientele.
*Global Material Sourcing capability allowing access to local China resources and sources abroad.
*Manufacturing Engineering includes mechanical and electrical engineering, DFM / DFT (Design For Manufacturing/ Test), process control and prototyping.
*PCB Assembly capability comprising of surface mount, and through-hole PCB assembly, AOI, SPI, RoHS, and x-ray inspection.
*Box-Build Assembly and System Integration capability with considerable expertise in flexible volume and high mix environments.
*A quality system accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and utilizing workmanship standards to IPC-A-610.
