Introduction of Large Diameter Double-Wall spiral pipe extrusion line:
We supply the double-wall HDPE/PP gas and water pipe extrusion line with the production of diameter 16 mm upto 1600mm

Extrusion theory for low temperature plastication compliant with material characteristic (heavier molecular weight).
Unique screw design of distance-changing and separation of solid material and melting material.
Unique design of loading system ensures large increasing of extrusion capacity
Special design of high mix-melting ensures through low temperature plastication.

Unique design of low-pressure inclined flow passage spiral/lattice basket diehead, ensures low temperature and high plasticizing extrusion of PE pipes.
Special designed die core spiral oil temperature control, ensures the performance of PE pipes.
Special inner cooling system ensure high quality extrusion.
