Description
Technical character:
(1)Manual mechanical transmission with parallel 3 Axles type.

(2)Separated structure as toy bricks is designed to reduce servicing cost and easy to change type.

(3)All aluminum alloys case, cast iron intermediate plate, so perfectly realize the lightweight, big torque and low noise of the products.

(4)the gears adopt optimum design of the fine-depth teeth and shot peening treatment in order to decrease noise of gearing and increase the capacity.

(5)Forward adopts the synchronizer, combining with the particular structure of five-reverse, which make the assembly more compact and decrease
synchronous moment of inertia and shift force so as to advance the shift performance.

(6)The reverse gear adopts the design of short teeth, which can decrease the lock probability, and reverse restrictive is adopted to avoid shift reverse when reverse shift from 5th position.

(7)There are two forms, one is the remote control with cable and the other is diret control, which can be used on bus, MPV, pickup, SUV, etc.

(8)Reverse synchronizer and fransfer let the shift reverse with no shock and realize the 4WD.

(9)Matched Engines [491ï¼TOYOTAï¼3Yã4Yï¼4G24 (TOYOTA : 2RZ 3RZ) and touring bus, mpv (TOYOTA: hiace)
