Description

This welding line is used for welding the light H beam structure, the tapered H beam also can be welded by Horizontal.

The advantage by horizontal welding is that it is more easy to operate by workers, more safety and high production efficiency.

The H beam is welded two seams at one side at the same time.

The applicable H beam size is :
Flange width: 100-500mm; Flange thickness:5-20mm;
Web width: 300-1200mm; Web thickness:5-12mm;

The tapered degree for H beam: Less than 15 Degree.
