SHRK Metal Sci.& Tech. Co., Ltd. is a large-scale modernized professional casting manufacturer, it is located in new and high tech development zone of Jingxian county and is 30 kilometers north to Dezhou and 60 kilometers east to Hengshui in southeast Hebei Province, near to the Shi-De railway, the Jin-Hu freeway and 105 national highways, it is convenient in the traffic and advanced in the communication.
Our company introduced the most advanced manufacture equipments and the technology to produce the high quality ***** DISA230B modelling main engine from danish, the casting machine and the double power supply frequency conversion induction melting system from US Inductotherm Corp., Eirich RV24 Mixer from Germany, and the testing machine such as spectrolab from Germany, metallographic microscope from ZIESS and ultrasonic velocity gauge.
As to the quality certification, our company passed the ISO9000 series standard and ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system authentication in October 2005.
As to the products, we produced many kinds of casting irons.Such as flywheel, hub, bracketdrum, bearing, cylinder, bracketcasting, framecasting, ring, repairclamp, body casting, clamp, tensionstrut, flange, lower control arm, etc.
