U-PVC foam inner spiral muffle pipe production line

Application:

U-PVC foam inner spiral muffle pipe is used for water drainage. As its special structure, U-PVC foam inner spiral muffle pipe can decrease the noise largely when the water flowing.
Feature and advantage:

1. The main machines adopt two extruders co-operation, well-developed technology prescription obtains from many years experience can cause the pipe specific gravity drop in till 0.9, and the pipe have uniform foam and high intensity.

2.Specially design co-extruding die, merely need to replace core mandrel, it may produce solid-wall pipe, solid wall inner helix pipe, foamed pipe and foam inner helix pipe.

3.By changing the die it can produce the Nanometer anti-virus PVC feeding pipe, hollow wall inner screw thread muffle pipe and multi-layer composite pipe, like PVC/ABS and so on.
