Description
JS series double-horizontal axle concrete mixer (JS2000) is the supporting product for HZS120concrete batching plant, which is made with advanced international technology and equipped with advanced dual motors and high-proformance angular transmission decelerators that are good for mixer running. The axle end seal adopts multi-seal device and oil-pressure seal protection device, the seal part always retains a certain pressure to prevent the permeation of the cement mortar and prolong the service life of the sealing member; The axle end support is made of superior nodular cast iron, which further improves the impact resistance of the product; The one-off clamp processing of mixing tank with large professional precision equipment after welded, can guarantee the processing accuracy of mixing tank and the assembling quality of the whole machine, prolong the service life of decelerator and axle end seal. Adopt advanced hydraulic system to open and shut the discharging door, can take convenient for pouring the mixer truck. This mixer is suitable for overhead platform operation, can work in any environment, no strict requirements on dampness, dust and temperature. Applicable for 120m3 concrete batching plant, it is the ideal mixer for commercial concrete batching plant and manufacturer of commercial concrete.
