Features:
1. Die presses the poplyproplene into chamber plate featureing high intensity, light weight, anticorrosion, acid and alkaline resistance.
2. The skilled auto-hydraulic system holddowns and releases the filter plates reliably and automatically, protecting the oil cylinder from every danger. The electric contact pressure gauge keeps maintaining pressure between 21-25Mpa.
3. The auto-plate shifting machanism pulls filter plate automaticly, can greatly save time and labor which means larger filtering capacity and less labor cost.
4. The supporter is of welded steel structure, bearing the great force to the frame when feeding and compressing.
5. Patent designed pipped drainage surface of filter plate enables better filter cloth supporting capability and clear filtrate.
6. Squeezing mechanism ensures lower cake moisture. After feeding, squeezing the cakes for only 3-15 minitues can decrease the cake moisture in 30-50%, while common filter press needs much more time to decrease only several point moiisture rate. Thus, by membrane squeezing it can save much electric power, much time and less storage space of cakes, as well as get more useful solids or liquids.
