Description
RD9870A is the resin color developer of modified zinc salicylate with some characteristics of phenolic resins. It exhibits excellent quality at normal and low temperature, such as: Color developing, intensity, aging behaviors and so on. The product processes reasonable and balanced structure, so its comprehensive performance is superior. RD9870A is one of Ruifeng’s leading products which are popular in industry of carbonless copy paper at home and abroad.

Note: The article diameter distribution in the standard specially means cumulative frequency of 0-1 μm.
The application method recommended:
The preparing process of CF: Fill water into the tank, and then add dispersant and solid material into the tank while stirring. After the homogeneous distribution by high speed stirring, reduce the stirring speed. Add prepared starch adhesive, and stir for 15-20 minutes. Then adjust pH value to 9.5-10.5. Slowly add color developer. Stir for certain time till of the color developer is homogeneously distributed. Slowly add SBR latex, and stir for 15-20 minutes. The final pH value of CF paste is about 7.5.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
1. The packaging of RD9870A is plastic barrel (220 kg/barrel). Meanwhile, other packaging methods are also available according to the consultation with customers.
2. The product packaging should avoid colliding with edge tool in order to prevent leakage.
3. The suitable methods of transportation: truck, train or ship.
4. The storage and transportation temperature required is 0~50 °C. The shelf life is six months.
