Preserv Brand Post Harvest Wash
is a patented product like no other. The product has EPA approval for use on raw agricultural commodities. Preserv is a chelated copper product. However, unlike other copper products, Preserv stays in suspense and reactivates when the commodity is lightly sprayed with water (misting). The current treatments simply kill bacteria on contact but they have no long term protection. Preserv provides extended protection by killing bacteria for up to several weeks after treatment drastically reducing the threat of recontamination. This unique ability to continue to protect and kill bacteria long after its application is what earned Preserv a patent.

Preserv’s unique ability to provide extended protection on raw agricultural commodities, results in the extended shelf life of the treated commodity. This means there is a significant reduction in waste or unsold product when Preserv is used properly. This gives an opportunity for suppliers and retailers to capture earnings that were not previously possible until now. Preserv kills the bacteria Salmonella and E. Coli. Both forms of bacteria are major threats to the health of people and can cause a financial loss through out the supply chain. Since Preserv remains effective on the commodity after treatment it provides lasting protection for consumers, retailers, and suppliers against those bacteria.
