Description
We are manufactures of high quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).Our Company, which is an Indo-Germany joint venture, has set up a Modern facility at NOIDA near Delhi to manufacture the following range of PCBs conforming to highest quality specifications.
1> Single Side PCBs : On FR-4 grade laminates in 1.6 mm thick laminates with SMOBC (West thermally cured), Hot Air Leveling, Legend Printing, Gold Plating etc.
2> Double Sided PCBs : On FR-4 grade laminates in 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm & 3.2 mm thick laminates with SMOBC (thermally cured /Photo Imaged Solder Mask (PISM), Hot Air Leveling & Legend Printing, Gold Plating, Bare Board Testing etc.
3> Multi Layer PCBs : With SMOBC (PISM) Hot Air Leveling & Legend Printing, Gold Plating etc.
4> Assembly : Semi-automatic work stations for component preparation and insertion into Printed Circuits. Assembly by wave soldering, SMD assembly.
5> Testing : Bare Board Testing of PCBs, in-circuit testing for PCB assemblies, testing with customized test fixtures and a range of special purpose test instruments.
