Description
The HBT series concrete pump is a new generation product developed by combining latest technologies both at home and abroad. The products have passed ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification.
Our trailer concrete pump includes two series and covers more than ten kinds of products, which can fully meet various needs of all customers.
Our workers strictly control all the machining processes and assembly quality, give final test to every pump by simulation working conditions and overload experiments to ensure customers’ zero fault as first operation.

General information of our concrete pump:

1) Main oil pump and auxiliary oil pump are constant-power and constant-pressure pumps, imported from Rexroth Corp. Germany with original packaging, characterized by excellent and reliable performance;
2) All control valves are imported from Rexroth Corp. Germany with original packaging, characterized by good performance, small size and easy to maintain;
3) Open-loop air cooling is appled to hydraulic system, which ensure reliable running of system;
4) Main control elements of electric appliances are all imported from Germany with original packaging, controlled by PLC, reliable and easy to maintain;
5) World popular S-valve, super wearable alloy plates and rings offer a long service life, high working efficiency;
6) High and low pressure can be commutated at the outlet to realize different pumping distance;
7) Reverse pumping function is helpful to the clear the blocked pipe;
8) The mixing unit is designed special and can mix concrete in different compunding ratios uniformly;
9) Automatic lubrication saves manpower; Deutz diesel engine of Weichai features big power, high rotation speed and can pffer powerful driving force for concrete pump;
10) The motor has a soft startup module. Startup in such mode exerts small impact to the power network of work site, and effectively ensure normal running of big-power motor pump.
