Description
Production line is used for producing 30-cavity egg trays with waste cartons, waste paper edges, old books, etc. as raw material.
parameters:
2.1. Capacity: 3000pcs/hour
2.2. Power supply: 182KW/380V/50HZ/3phase
2.3. Power consumption: 80-100kw/h
2.4. Waste paper consumption: 250kg/h
2.5. Water consumption: ~500kg/hour
2.6. Fuel: If use natural gas, it needs ~40m3/hour; If use diesel oil, it needs 40KL./hour.
2.7. Dimension of egg tray: 310*310*20mm (we can supply egg tray mold according to customerâ¿¿s requirement)
2.9. Needed workshop area: 60m(Length)*20m(Width) *4.5m(Height)
2.10. Infrastructure of workshop: We will supply you plant drawing. You can build plant according to drawing.
2.11. Pollution: No any pollution during production.
2.12. Maintenance: USD720.00/year
2.13. Needed workers: 5workers/shift
