Description
Made from 100% high quality fresh cow milk, added with vitamins according to client s requirement, with only water been separated by "spray" process.

Moisture: 3-5%max
Fat: 26-28%min
Protein: 23.5-25%min
Ash : 7% max
Acidity - up to 0.15 as lactic acid (maximum)
Insolubility- 1.0ml max
c.Bacteriological Character:
Total plate count - 40, 000cfu/g max
Coliform - 90MPN/100g max
Mould & yeast - 50 cfu/g max
Staphylococcus - Negative
Salmonella Negative
Melamine: Negative

3.Product package
250grams aluminium foil sachet, 48sachets per carton
400grams aluminium foil sachet, 24sachets per carton
500grams aluminium foil sachet, 24sachets per carton
900grams tin packing: 12 tins per carton.
25kg/bag multilayer kraft paper bag with poly liner inside, heat sealed well.

4.Shelf life:
12month(12.5kg/bag or 25kg/bag package) after production date;
24month(250gram or 500gram package) after production date under normal temperature
