Overview

Model JZB-D series Sugar Coating and Film Coating Machines are widely used in pharmaceuticals, herbals, chemicals, foods, and biological industries.

It is suitable for coating tables, pills, capsules or candies with organic film, water soluble film, and sugar film etc. Featured as reliable quality and accord to cGMP standard. It has the advantage of high efficiency, energy saving, mineral waste material, easy to clean. We can offer both perforated and none-perforated coating pans for lab use to mass production scale.

Working Principle:

The tablets surface to be film coated making continuous and complicated orbital motion within the clean and closed rotating pan under the action of fluent overturn and frequently exchange, during the motion, the coating medium stirring by solution handling tank automatically spays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters through peristaltic pump, at the same time, hot air and sub pressure are supplied under the bottom of the layers, so that the coating solution spayed on the surface of tablet cores will dry rapidly, thus forming a solid, and smooth tablet, the whole working processes are automatically finished by control of PLC.
