Application:
This unit is suitable in blows the system polypropylene(PP) plastic film, widely uses in goods for civilians and the industrial product and so on food, clothing, textile, daily necessities packing.
Feature:
1. This screw material cylinder is elaborately made of 38 CRMOALA alloy steel after nitrogen treatment and has best rigidity and corrosion resistance
2. The mould head is plated with hard chromium and has screw mandrel structure with uniform and smooth material discharging characteristic as uniform air-jut quantity, automatic temperature control and automatic heating.
3. The volume takes the installment to use the pressure friction to receive the volume or the center receives the volume, uses the moment of force electrical machinery adjustment, and receives the volume smoothly, to trade the volume to be convenient.
