Full-automatic Foam EVA Injection Moulding Mchine
with 6 stations, and other advantages as follows:
1.Low operation height: operation height according to human engineering;
***** Height Opening Stroke:by fixed opening stroke of 350mm, which is not changed by any mould thickness and available for 2 plates moulds;
***** thickness adjusting mechanism: mould adjusting among:100-200mm
***** opening mould: using toggle mechanism which opens moulds rapidly;
5.Speedy injector Movement: using linear-track, speedy moving & precise positioning;
***** saving design: no water circulation need for mould station, and using efficient heat insulator material;
7.Space saving design: oil tank together with injection base, that saves more space.
