Description
Hy-chrome mud pump liners are made with a high chrome iron sleeve in a forged steel. The hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000psi. Combining the characteristics of chrome with state of the art manufacturing, the liners can withstand mud pressure of up to 7000psi. The life of our Hy-chrome liners is proved to generally reach a level of more than 800 hours which has earned us reputation from worldwide customers.

� Hardened steel liners are made with premium seamless steel tube or Premium forged steel in which the bore is carburized and quenched, creating a hardened layer with hardness of 58 to 62 Rockwell C scales. We offers chrome-plated liners made from premium forged steel with the core plated by chrome. The chrome-plated liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness

� A seemingly expensive ceramic actually cuts the cost of running drilling rig mud pumps. Our Ceramic liners are proved to generally reach a level of more than 4, 000 hours.

High performance valves and seats are available with the following features:
� Forged alloy steel AISI 4119 construction
� Heavy-duty valve design
� Deep carburized wear surfaces
� Heavy-duty durable retainer threads
� Precise machined to API standards
� Taper post-heat treat machined to remove warpage
Available in sizes (API5 to API9) to fit all major mud pumps and offer an expansive range of valves and seats such as Premium stem style Valves and Seats (3-web, 4-web), Full-open Valves and seats (FO, G2, WING) with Long-life Urethane Inserts. Wide choice of options available for requirements not met by hardened or stainless steel valves and elastomer-insert valve seats.
