We test all raw materials and key components thoroughly before starting production to ensure quality. And just recently, we purchased several chemical analyzers so we can do RoHS testing in-house. Two minutes is all it takes to scrutinize all six hazardous substances; SGS takes two weeks to complete its RoHS report. We inspect product samples using AQL 1.0/1.5 and 2.5/4.0 values.
