Solely initiated by Juhua Group Corporation, it is a publicly-quoted corporation that was founded on June16th, 1998 under the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Government. On June1st, 1998, the shares of Juhua Co., Ltd (stock code: 600160) were issued online on Shanghai Stock Exchange, and it began to be traded on June 26th. At present, the total capital shares of the corporation have amounted to 556.8 millions with the total assets of RMB 2.9 bn.
