Tosun Rubber&Plastic Co.,Ltd headquarters in Tongxiang,Zhejiang Province,which is about 100 kilometers from the largest Shanghai port. To the west of about 60 kilometers, it is about the beautiful West Lake.
Tosun owns 12000 xxxxx floor space and the building area is about 3500 xxxxx.The production workshop,scientific research department and sales department are centralized here. We also have various sizes of compression sets
open-mills,banbury mixer and a series of test equipments.
We are quite skilled in kinds of rubber compression parts, grommet, pedal pad, rubber plug, foot compressor, hose, balls bumpers, O-rings, gasket, and seal are included. The raw material we most use are silicone rubber, viton, NBR, EPDM, NR, Neoprene, SBR, etc. Meanwhile, we are also good at extrusion and injection mouldings. The raw material includes PE, ABS, PVC, POM, PS, PA6, PA6.6, TPT, TPR and so on.
We have our own mold process workshop so that we can design and create any tool by order. As a experienced manufacturer, Tosun has smoothly passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification. According to American ASTM2000, we have set up some laboratories, which can test the chemical and physical performance of products to control the function of products effectively, so that we can provide remarkable quality products to meet different demands of different clients.
