Our ZM series pulp molding equipment (egg tray machine) has lots of advantages, such as, stable performance, good quality, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and multi-function. Our equipment is full automatic and controlled by PLC, it's easy to operate and maintain.
Our ZM series pulp molding equipment (egg tray machine) uses recycled wasted paper, cardboard, carton, etc as raw material. By changing molds, it can make many kinds of paper pulp trays, such as egg trays, egg boxes, bottle trays (for bear, medicine, xxxxx), electric spare part trays, fruit trays (for apple, xxxxx) etc.
By several production process, which includes pulp making, pulp molding, dying and heat-press shaping, our ZM series pulp molding machine can produce paper pulp products of diverse shapes and sizes. There is no waste water or other waste substance during all production process. The paper pulp product has good flexibility and stiffness as well as good air-permeability and hygroscopic ability.
Furthermore, because the paper pulp product is made of waste paper pulp, it can easily decompose in natural condition and will not pollute environment.
