Aviko (Gansu) Potato Processing Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture invested by Aviko B.V. (Holland) and the People’s Government of Minle County, Gansu, China. On the premises of 61 hectares and with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB, it aims to build a production line of 100,000 MT potato flake and 200,000 MT french fries and is expected to be China’s biggest processor of potato products.

In the first phase of the project, a processing line with an output capacity of 15,000 MT potato flake will be built. Production is starting this March with first-level equipments imported from Holland.

The holding company, Aviko B.V. (Holand), has been concentrating in potato processing for more than 40 years and is recogniazed as the trade leader. With a potato processing volume exceeding 600,000 tons and a turnover more than 6 billian RMB yearly, it is nowadays the second in Europe and the forth in the world among potato processing enterprises.
