HYFZenergy is specialized in the R&D&M the small wind generator which have following characteristics:
High Efficiency
The transforming efficiency of the whole HY series wind turbines is between 0.28~0.3, and it outclasses the value of international regulating efficiency which is 0.24.
The optimal CP value of big wind turbine blade is 0.48, and the small wind turbine is 0.45~0.36, but the CO value of HY series blade can reach 0.42.
Breeze Startup
The generator adopts the high quality of permanent magnetic material, and the generator has very small volume, light weight and the high efficiency of energy supply. Because the electric machine specialist adopts the unique electromagnetic design, the generator has very low start torque and the HY series wind turbine can be started during breeze.
Long life and free maintenance
The designed life-span of the whole machine can be more than 15 years, and the machine almost doesn’t need and maintenance after the successful installation.
Of those, the collector ring adopts our company’s patent technology, and this component is simple, reliable， and its life is long.
Light weight and easy installation
The nacelle, nose cone, hub and backseat of wind turbine adopt high quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel. Therefore the weight of the units is very light. The type of 400W and 600W is less than 20 kg, and they are easy to install.
High survival wind speed and low noise
The blades are made of nylon and glass-fiber and shaped by precision injection mouldings, and they adopt the special airfoil design.
