Attaching Zhejiang Guoguang Technology Group, Hangzhou Fly Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd falls into an independent subsidiary, which is in charge of promoting the export of all products manufactured by the subsidiaries of the Group.

Zhejiang Guoguang Technology Group is a comprehensive, modern enterprise group with eight holding subsidiaries. Our group have a total asset of more than 1.5 billion yuan, the annual turnover over 1.6 billion yuan, and the total profit and tax payments reach 25 million yuan. The group mainly concerns electrical and mechanical electronic industry, beer, biochemical, medical instruments industry and so on. Our group employs nearly 2, 500 people, of which some 400 are technical personnel.

At present, our company, Hangzhou Fly Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd, is acting as the exporting division of transformers, blood glucose meters, timers, itaconic acid and feed grade L-threonine which are respectively manufactured by Zhejiang Jiangshan Transformer Co., Ltd, Shanghai MicroSense TM Inc, Hangzhou Fudan Time-control Si-Tech Co., Ltd and Zhejiang GuoGuang Biochemicals co.ltd.

These four companies are the subsidiaries of our group company. Zhejiang Jiangshan Transformer Co., Ltd, established in 1969, is a professional manufacturer of the power transformers grade 110KV and below, appointed by Ministry of mechanical industry. The company has an experience of more than 40 years in transformers' design and production. Except ISO9001 & ISO14000, the factory has also obtained KEMA certificate in Holland, which well testifies its trustful quality.

Shanghai MicroSense TM Inc, established in 2002, is mainly engaged in production and development of blood glucose meters and other health products. The factory has obtained CE certificate in Germany, and it's the only factory who gets CE certificate in China. So far, our blood glucose meters have been exported to 17 countries and regions.

Hangzhou Fudan Time-control Si-Tech Co., Ltd, established in 1987, is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of timers, such as oven timer, kitchen timer.

Zhejiang Guoguang Biochemistry Co., Ltd.was founded in 1994 and there are 240 employees, 35% of who are xxxxx occupies an area of 130 hectares and owns RMB 70 million of fixed xxxxx now can yearly provide 6000t itaconic acid and feed grade L-threonine. Its products have been certified by ISO9001, HACCP and xxxxx quality of all products conforms to standard of Iwata Chemical Co., Japan and standard of Ajinomoto Japan.
