Our factory covers an area of xxxxx square meters with xxxxx m2 workshops and a staff of over 600,of whom there are 10 advanced management personnel,56 advanced technicians, 38 quality inspectors, and 16 sanitation supervisors. We have three production lines with an annual production capacity of 6000-ton canned food, which can satisfy the clients' needs completely. At present the factory is equipped with cutting machine, decorticator, cooking machine, cooling machine, can washing machine, sealing machine, sterilization machine, vacuum pump, etc. The whole production process is like this: selecting materials, cutting, removing cores, cleaning, peeling off, neutralizing, cooking, cooling, trimming, grading, weighing, packing, infusing the juice, vacuumizing, sealing, sterilizing, and storing in the heat room, in the end what you will see is our quality canned food for you.
Our factory attaches greatest importance to the sanitation of canned food. In each stage of production, there are people specially designated to be responsible for the inspection from the selection of materials to the heating sterilization and the mensuration of the PH value of canned food, from the inspection of the sanitation of containers to the sealing and packaging, what's more important, all the processing and production is done in closed environment, and all the people engaged in production are treated out of the purpose of sanitation when entering and leaving the workshops.
Our factory has passed in succession the product quality authentification system, xxxxx HACCP and ISO9001:2000. In addition, it has won the A2 Export Factory Code awarded by China Canned Food Industry Association.
