A.P.Vanniarajan&xxxxx backed by the V.P.S.A.P GROUP,The first exporters of stemless chillies from India, is backed by more than eighty years experience in the export and trading of chilies. Since its inception in 1972 A.P.Vanniarajan&Co. has become one of the largest buyers in the Guntur Market.



With our own procurement offices and experienced staff in all the major chilli growing regions of India, we are well positioned to purchase the right quality to meet the specific requirements of our buyers including pesticide free chillies. With our wide experience and knowledge of the chillies market we are in a position to offer a whole variety of chillies grown in India, each with its own characteristics in colour, pungency, size and shape. We ship chillies with specific capsaicin contents and scoville heat units as required by our buyers.

Recognising the need of supplying our customers with high quality products we have set up cold storage facilities around the chilli growing regions. This enables us to supply chillies with good colour and quality not only during the season but right through the year.
We have put up a modern milling division for production of crushed and ground chillies. Strict control over quality is maintained by well trained staff to meet the quality requirements of our customers. All our products are cleaned, sorted and graded before milling and the powder is passed through ERIEZ magnets to obtain the best product. We can supply crushed and ground chillies from 10000 SHU TO 80000 SHU with mesh sizes to meet the requirements of individual buyers.

With the advantage of having our own procurement offices we are able monitor the quality of chillies right from the time of purchase to processing and packing thus ensuring that our customers get only the best product.We are also supported by a strong technical team to identify and solve quality related problems to check for aflotoxin, pesticide residues, colour, pungency etc.
