Vitta Foods is a manufacturer of frozen filo pastry products made of puff pastry and traditional Bulgarian paper-thin sheets of filo pastry, with various fillings and shapes. Frozen at the peak of freshness, our products offer the superb quality of a fresh-made product.

The company has its own factory, set in Southern Bulgaria and built according to high European quality and health and safety standards. The production process is mainly automatic, with modern, computer controlled equipment from Germany, Italy, Greece and Sweden. Vitta Foods has a quality management system CSB which is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and monitors the quality of the products and its ingredients throughout the entire production chain.

Quality is not only our goal, but out first priority as well. 10% of all the employees working in the factory are occupied with quality control of every stage of the production process - from the supplies and ingredients to the packaged products – which quarantines the same superior quality of every product that comes in the store.
