ZHEJIANG BORETECH CO., LTD. comes from Taiwan, is a environmental protection equipment manufacturer company of Anshun Group, mainly produces PET bottle recycling production line and so on.
Accumulated more than 10 years’ abundant experience in recycling PET bottle, other plastic bottle and PSF producing, bringing in overseas technology and adjust actual situation to design, we design a new PET bottle recycling line with more than ten functional module units such as T-type line , C-type line and J-type line. Our various designs in different functional section are fully matched clients’ feedstock situation, workshop area and requirement for product quality. What is more, we use automatic control system such as PLC to make sure the PET product with high quality to match the market demand. Functional module units are bottle sorting and label removing unit(in PET bottle recycle workshop) , washing unit, impurity removing unit, label scrapping unit, bottle sorting unit, metal detecting unit, grinding unit, gravity separation by water unit, friction washing with hot-washing unit, rising unit, drying unit , automatically sample supplying unit , and packing unit.
At present, as the advanced technology leader in China for PET recycling, Anshun Group, not only provides the international advanced level PET bottle recycling line , but also produce and purchase kinds of recycled PET flakes, as well as make fiber from recycled PET production and so on .The outstanding design manufacture level, the plentiful actual experience in PET bottle recycling field , which becomes the most basic guarantee of our company to plan, to design and makes the PET bottle recycling equipment.
