Everrise is established in year 1992 and presently Everrise is one of the major players in furniture manufacturers in Muar for wooden furniture and furniture parts. Everrise is currently operated in a factory located in Lot 3997, Jalan Kebun Sayur, Kampung Aik Hwa, Bukit Bakri , 84200 Muar, Johor. Everrise involved in the manufacturing and sale of a broad range of wooden furniture which can be classified into 5 broad categories as in dining furniture (kitchen cabinet, dining sets), occasional furniture (coffee tables, TV racks, console tables), living room furniture (entertainment units, book cases), office furniture (office tale, office cabinet) and buffet and hutch (sideboards, servers and curios). Everrise's customers are widely spread in the local and overseas market.

High Value was bought over in year 2003 which previously known as Lim Kay Seng Sdn. Bhd. High Value business activities consist of providing the finishing works for wooden furniture, trading of wooden furniture and parts and rental income received from its investment. The investment consists of factory building and other plant and machinery which are currently occupied by T & L and Everrise respectively. High Value represents major finishing works provider to Everrise of its wooden furniture. The finishing process consists of staining and spraying process to achieve the desired aesthetic effect. The spraying process which is semi-automated, involves the application of the undercoat and topcoat on the furniture parts and lacquered to provide finer touches and once the finishing process is completed, the furniture parts are sent for a final quality control check and then discharged for packing. The furniture parts are mainly sold as semi-knocked down or fully knocked down furniture and is flat packed for delivery purposes.

T & L is established in year 2000 and currently is located at PLO 26, Jalan Rami 3, Jorak Industrial Estate in Muar, Johor Darul Takzim with an internal show room to welcome the existing and potential local and export buyers. A total area of 2.5 acre land with built-up area of 1.5 acre providing sufficient storage spaces for seasonal peak requirements. T & L are mainly served to local customers consists more than 500 with well spread in the whole West Malaysia.

The Group has grown steadily in past years and has a wide clientele base located locally and overseas. In order to compete globally and providing the innovative products, the Group has initial several actions to get prepare to achieve the quality management system by accreditation of MS ISO 9001:2000 .

DIRECTORS' AND KEY PERSON PROFILES

Mr. Tee Siew Chong, aged 38 , he is the director and founder of Everrise, T & L and High Value . He is an ambitious, committed and well knowledgeable businessman who possessed more than 20 years experiences in the manufacturing and marketing of furniture. He gained in-depth knowledge, skills and expertise in all aspects of the furniture industry. He is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing overall business development as well as formulation and implementation of the Group's corporate function and corporate planning. He keeps abreast with latest market development globally and actively participates in furniture fairs to stay ahead of competition.

Mr. Tee Ser Wee , aged 27, director and founder of Everrise and High Value. Currently he is responsible for overseeing the production operations, manufacturing process, the monitoring of quality standards on all outgoing shipments as well as product development. He has been served in the production and furnishing lines and possessed more than 10 years working experience in this industry.

The Group currently possessed efficient subordinates to handle the administrative works, distributing, marketing, financing, manpower resource, etc in the group and our management team consists of a group of people who gained many years of working experience in related fields. Our marketing team is well aware with the latest market trends and analyzing the customers' requirement and market movement.

The Group also has a sound distributing system and all the drivers firmly are coming from the relevant sectors. They have full of driving experience and familiar with numerous routes through out Malaysia .
