Ltd; Mr. Zhipeng, has amble experience in management, strategy and logistic of manufacturing and operation. Mr. Liu Changlu, the actual Vice – General Manger of the company, has great expertise and he is a known figure and leader in the auto industry of his field. In September 2008 Mr. Zadok Hakim, an Engineer and Businessman joined the team as an investor in the company and became The Chairman of the Board of Director of our prestigious organization and the same company has change of name to become Sino – USA.
