As a high-tech enterprise, Chengdu Chuanda Qilin Technology Limited Company (Qilin company) is supported by radiation physics and technology key laboratories, Ministry of Education, and Institute of Nucleus Science and Technology in Sichuan University. Our company specializes in the development, production, sale and service of radiation treatment and radiation technology products.

Professor Luo Zhengming is the chief scientist, our chairman as well as the founder of our company. He is a doctoral tutor, director of Radiation Physics and Technology Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education, the vice chairman of International Association of Radiation Physics, and also an international renowned expert in the areas of the radiation and particle transport, and radiation dose algorithm. He was granted to cultivate outstanding young and middle-aged national experts by Ministry of Personnel.

Doctor Hou Qing is the vice-president of Qilin company and has visited the American University of Pittsburgh, Sweden Karolinska Institutet and Belgium Free University of Brussels to do research. He engaged in the dose calculation and optimization research in radiotherapy, molecular dynamics approach to the optimization in intensity modulation radiotherapy. He has participated in the development of radiotherapy planning system. Joining and achieving many projects, the national "95" project, nature science fund, nuclear industry fund and international atomic energy institution contract, he was granted awards many times.

Qilin company researches and develops high degree of accuracy 3D intensity modulated conformal radioactive treatment planning systems (photon beams, and electron beams), which are international advanced treatment planning systems. Furthermore, we provide strong supports of precision radioactive treatment for users.
