KONARK HERBALS & HEALTH CARE is an integral part of the Rs. 600 million-business group. It is a high capacity CGMP model Herbal Extraction plant at Daman (UT) near Vapi in Gujarat, where approximately 100 tpm of herbs can be processed to produce about 10 tpm extracts.
Apart from extracts, we are also be manufacturing Essential oils as well as Oleoresins in our multi purpose state-of-art herbal Extraction plant.
A pilot plant also is commissioned to produce ' High Value ' specialized herbal products as per the specification of the buyers & to conduct R&D batches.
Our strengths are highly qualified, experienced & dedicated personnel to take care of Quality, backed up by the "In House" chemical, instrumental and microbiological testing facilities for stringent international quality compliance of raw and finished products. R & D cell will render its support to continuously improve upon process parameters. This has enabled us to supply the highest quality products to our customers cost-effectively.
The entire production activity is monitored closely during process and by interim control checks. This is backed up by our in-house quality control department which has facilities for instrumental, chemical & microbiological testing with the latest instruments and technology in line with international quality control practices. Raw materials and finished goods are subjected to stringent in-house testing systems like HPTLC, HPLC, UV and Microbiological testing.
Konark Herbals & Health Care, backed by in-house R&D Lab, is constantly working to improve existing products and explore new areas within the herbal world.
Working on the principal of mutual business interests, we offer products, as per the required specification, manner and style of presentation.
