As one of the leading manufacturers of HPL(High Pressure laminate) in China, presently, we have over 10 series and 600 designs of HPL, such as plain color, stone pattern, colorful designs, wood grain and so on. We are also experienced in manufacturing post forming HPL and metallic HPL.
There are mainly two types of HPL, standard and post forming HPL. Except the same property like the standard, Post forming HPL can be bent into certain shapes when it is warmed.
It can be widely used in making furniture, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and also for the decoration of automobiles, ships, computer rooms, hotels and living rooms. It can also be the ideal materials of sewing boards and ski boards.
Our present specification is 1220*2440mm(4'*8'), with the thickness from 0.5mm to 2.0mm available. For the post forming HPL, the available thickness is from 0.5mm to 0.8mm.
Delivery time: We have a yearly output of 2, 000, 000 sheets HPL, which means about 6, 000 sheets daily. So we are able to finish production soon, but it has to be according to our production schedule. For a 20ft container, we would like to promise to a delivery within 20-30 days.
Terms of Payment: T/T in advance; irrevocable L/C at sight.
Now our annually output of HPL is 6 million square meters. We are exporting for the international market such as Southeast Asia, Europe, and America.
