Hubei Shennong Ecological Food Co., Ltd. was a stock company founded in September 2007. China Jing Brand Co., Ltd.Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½s took the lead, cooperating with Suizhou Zhongxing, and Lianfeng, two mushroom trade companies, to organize and found it. It has 50 million RMB as registered capital, and Jing Brand Co., Ltd., the biggest investor of it, shall loan 81 million to achieve the promise of 100 millionÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½s investment in Suizhou. Then the total amount of starting capital would come to 132 million RMB, making it the strongest and richest leading company in agricultural product processing in Hubei province.
Suizhou Zhongxing, and Lianfeng are leading export companies and tax payer, whose total export takes 70% in the sum of all six qualified mushroom companies in the city. They hold Dahongshan and other worldwide famous brands, and their products are popular in world market such as in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Hubei Shennong Ecological Food Co., Ltd. will make use of special resources such as mushrooms, edible fungus, ginkgo, and chestnuts to broaden world market, invigorate domestic trade, develop new products, and improve scien-tech degree of products and market competence of the company.
