EOS System Co., Ltd. Is one of the leading technology companies in Korea for waste recycling plant design, construction and management. EOS has been established on 2001 and has successfully operated food recycling plant in Incheon city. For 3 years investment, EOS finally succeeds in inventing an innovative chemical recycling plant of plastic waste (low temperature, normal press pyrolysis plant) . This plant has solved all radical problems of the plastic recycling technology at present and guarantee high economic feasibility to the plastic recycling companies.
The major strong point of our plant equipment are ;

1. Our plant can produce very high valued product. One line of plant can treat 20 tons plastic waste and produce 10 ton oil, 4 ton gas and 6 ton char.
2. Our plant guarantees high efficiency. No need presorting, just input the mixed plastic. No need pre-cleaning, you can input the plastic waste with dust soil even small piece of metal or wood. All kinds of plastic waste can be recycled.
3. Our plant no needs catalyst.
4. The running cost is very low. Electric power just need 85KW/hr. Our system re-uses the gas produced from plastic waste to operating our plant. If you install the gas turbine for power generation, the plant will generate 36MW of electric power.
5. You can directly sell the oil as boiler oil. It is very high quality oil, higher than 40000J/g caloric value. Or if you can install enough oil to produce, you can refine the oil and sell much higher price.
6. No 2nd pollution, normal press, not high temperature (450C).
7. 24hr continuous operation.
