Besides serving the optical imaging field for the lenticular imaged graphics arts industry; JacoTech now serves many other specialty markets such as (non-imaging) fields of use: optical lens designs and lenticular tooling and engravings used for security, light management, lenticular computer screens, lenticular LCD screens, lenticular plasma screens, lenticular projection TV screens, prism, saw tooth patterns, solar panel molds, and other custom optical based patterned applications.

JacoTech offers complete turnkey cylinder engraving services worldwide, to almost every country.

JacoTech utilizes newly patented, aspheric/elliptical (state-of-the-art) optical lens designs, JacoTech proprietary single-ply direct engravable optical quality and durable plating (with no additional post chrome flash plating required), patented elliptical profile diamond tools, and precision single point diamond (CNC) micro-machining processes for all of our JacoTech lenticular, etc. plastic extruding cylinder customers.

JacoTech can build, plate and process jumbo sized plastic based engraved cylinders to 42" diameter x 144" face.
