We invite investment of upto US$1.2BILLION in next one year for funding of various infrastructure projects on BOT basis in India and south East Asia.
We shall be requiring three things from the investor side as listed below.
1] Willingness(RWA) letter from the investor/institution to invest with us or the letter from the financial institution that they are ready to provide us funds subject to us providing the necessary acceptable bank instrument as mentioned in the investment loan agreement(attached separately or provided after initial acceptance of terms) as this is needed for getting the clearance from the Government Authorities.
2] the RWA will be verified by our receiving bank.
3] The draft investment loan agreement should be signed seal by the investing party as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
4] We would prefer the text of the BG/SBLC to be provided by the investor so that we will get it approved from our bankers and the investor is assured.
We sign a investment/loan agreement with the lender/investor and place it with our bankers with a standing instructions to receive the funds and simultaneously give the BG/SBLC or any bank instrument acceptable by the investors bank for the principal amount plus profit/interest, the BG/SBLC shall be valid and payable at the end of minimum five years in this way our investor is secured for his principal plus if the investor has a good relation with his banker then we can show more ways to multiply.
