Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd. is located in the Cixi EconomlcDevelopment Zone to the south of the Hangzhou Bay TransOcean Bridge, on the bank of the beautiful and richly-endowed Hangzhou Bay. It enjoys a convenient transportation and superior surrounding. Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd., the largest anticorrosive tape producer in China, is the only enterprise capable of producing the self-melted-type polythene adhesive tape for anticorrosionwith the heat complex technology. Also, it has been the designated manufacturerand the network membership enterprise of China National Petroleum Corporation [CNPC], China Petrochemical Corporation [Sinopec], China Petroleum Materials & Equipment Corporation [CPMEC], Anticorrosion and Heat-reserving Technology Central Station for China Petroleum Capital Construction, etc. Furthermore, it is a participant in charge of compiling two state business standards promulgated and executed by China National Petroleum Corporation and Ministry of State Construction. Ideal covers an area of 24,000 square meters, and currently has 200-odd staff members including over 20 intermediate and senior technicians. It grew out of the Zhejiang Cixi Pipeline Anticorrosion Material Factory and Ningbo Ideal Tape Products Co., Ltd., and was renamed Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd. in 2001. It possesses the automatic production line for heat composite adhesive tapes, which was imported from the U.S.A., with an annual output of 4,400 tons. Examination by the professional authority, China Petroleum & Natural Gas Company Group has proved that various performance indices of Ideal products are superior to state business standards and are up to the international standard of same sorts. Complex polyethylene adhesive tape for anticorrosion and butyl rubber primer products passed tthe technical verification of Ministry of Chemical Industry, were listed in the National Torch Plan, and became the national-patent-for-invention products. Ideal has established and implemented the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Attestation. A full set of test equipment and means, and the reliable quality security system ensure that the company will provide second-to-none products and satisfactory service for customers.
Ideal Company is mainly engaged in four series of products: inner anticorrosive tape, outer wrap tape, joint wrap tape, and primer with 10-odd categories in near 100 specifications.
