Deepwater Corrosion Services provides premium aluminum and zinc galvanic anodes for the offshore oil and gas industry. Our purpose-built facility with its state-of-the-art electric induction furnaces and premier Houston location gives us a strong, competitive position for pricing and delivery in the offshore marketplace. Anodes can be cast in a variety of standard shapes and chemical compositions, as well as for completely custom applications.

Offshore cathodic protection with sacrificial anodes requires the highest quality alloys. The Deepwater Gaus foundry offers two aluminum alloys (Deep10 and Deep7), each utilizing a chemical composition unique for performance in either cold, deep water or tropical conditions (respectively). We also offer Zinc anodes for hulls and other custom applications (please contact us for a quote). Anodes are available in the following standard configurations: Platform anodes, pipeline bracelets, pier and piling anodes, hull anodes, and anodes for tanks and process vessels.
