Dongguan Da Ling Shan Chuang Ji Plastic Factory was established in 1990 and founded in Hong Kong for over 18 years in design and manufacturing plastic injection moulds for casings of a wide variety of industries. For example printers, DVDs, VCRs, telecommunicate products, automotive cluster, oil supply unit and a lot of house hold products, it makes us having strong technical abilities to serve our customers.
Our mould design centre is fully networked and integrated. It provides supporting data to CNC mould fabrication centers. Also, we have more than 50 qualified and experienced mould design engineers that would work closely with our customers with their product designers to improve product reliability, durability and cost effectiveness.
We produce various plastic mould product, such as printers, VCD, amcap, parts of car, toys and so on. Our design center exceed 15 enriched experienced engineers who charge all mould design. Member of CNC all need to shift word round clock. Company possesses of 18 years produce mould experience, above 50 set per month, possess of multi-station exactitude machines, these are 80 high-tech members, and 180 persons in the production line.
