SOFIA MEL AD is the largest Bulgarian wheat mill.
The plant was built on 1986. The project had been done by the Swiss Company Buhler which is the supplier of the whole production equipment. This plant is considered by Buhler as one of their biggest projects and installations in the world.
The plant is situated in center of Sofia, just 2 kilometers away from the center.
We produce wheat flour with exellent quality for all purposes - for bread, cakes, cheese pastry, waffles, biscuits, etc.
Our flour in small packets per 1, 2 and 5 kg is a leader on Bulgarian market. We produce also wheat germ and wheat bran for eating.
