Hangzhou chuangyuan feather co.,ltd is located in xiaoshan suoqian industry zone,which is reputed as the capital of world feather and down products.Our factory enjoys very convenient traffic,next to 03 provincial mainroad and Hu-Hang-Yong,Hang-Jin-Qu expressways.It is 10 kilometers away from xiaoshan international airport.Covering a total area of 10 thousand square meters and a construction area of 15 thousand square meters,we have more than 550 staffs,including 45 experts in different specialties.The company sets up six departments,including market department,quality department,finance department,administration department,production department,and import and export department etc.
Hangzhou chuangyuan feather co.,ltd is a manufactory which integrates feather and down bedding products,external trade and inner sale.We have made investments continuously in terms of equipments,now we have over 500 imported high-speed sewing machines,6 single-needle computerized quilting machines,2 multi-needle computerized quilting machine,15 sets of down-filling equipments,1 imported inspection from Japan,1 packing machine,2 automatic feather cluster machine,3 single-compartment sorting machine,2 multi-compartment sorting machine,2 sets of automatic washing machines,1 automatic mixing machine,4 vacuum-compressed machines,2 sets of automatic combing machine.With the advanced equipments ,we can produce 4000 tons of washed down and feather,and over 2 million pieces(sets) of bedding finished products annually.We have been paying high attention to environment protection.Having invested over one million yuan to bulid the waste water disposal system,2000 tons of waste water can be disposed to reach first-grade in chinese standard every day.
