Tianjin Boai, a large-scale production enterprise, has two subsidiary companies. One is Tianjin Boyu Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, the other is Tianjin Boai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.
Tianjin Boyu Steel Pipe Co., Ltd is specialized in producing high-tech ERW pipes. Our company has �114mm and �219mm ERW steel pipe production lines. The outer diameter is from 1 1/4in to 9 5/8in(42.3mm to 244.5mm) , the wall thickness from 0.118in to 0.551in(3.0mm to 14.0mm). We produces different types of ERW steel pipe 200, 000 tons yearly, including casing and tubing, petroleum and natural gas transmission pipes, liquid delivery pipes, auto transmission shaft pipe and structural pipes according to the latest domestic standards of GB/T9711.1, GB/T9711.2, GB/T3091-2001 GB/T13792-92 and GB/T14291-2006 and overseas standards of API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5L, ASTM A53, ASTM A252 BS 1387/1985 EN 10255 EN 39 and other related standards. Tianjin Boai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd is specialized in producing the double-side spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipe. Our company has the capacity of yearly production of 200 , 000 tons of SSAW pipe with the outer diameter ranging from æ 8 5/8in to æ80in(219mm to 2032mm), thickness from 0.197in to 0.787in(5mm to 20mm). We produce strictly under standards API 5L, GB/T 9711.1-1997 and SY/T 5037-2000. All these steel pipes are suitable for the industries of petroleum, natural gas, shipbuilding, chemical, environmental protection, boiler, water conservancy, electrical industry, steel structure, building and other such related fields.
