The mission of ReptileUV is to produce the world's best UVB-producing Mercury Vapor lamp. In that regard we intend the following specification and policies to be satisfied.

The lamp(s) will be classified properly using accepted industry standards. This means that when we label it a "Flood" lamp it is actually a true Flood lamp.
The lamp(s) will be marketed truthfully, using modern testing methods and studies to back up the advertised claims. We still believe in truth in advertising.
The lamp(s) will be responsibly manufactured to produce the best possible UVB, consistently and with a significantly lower decay rate. Our lamps are designed to produce the highest amount of useable UVB possible. We recognize that just pumping large amounts of UVB is not enough and not beneficial to your creatures.
We will always go the extra mile in order to satisfy our customers. We care about our customers almost as much as the creatures they keep.
Our customers will never receive an automated e-mail response from our xxxxx. We think it is just plain rude. The internet is impersonal enough as it is.
Recognizing that most consumers know that UVB output (microwatts) are highest when the lamp is initially burned, and that it's consistent UV, with little decay rate that is important, we state our warrantee will guarantee a minimum of microwatts after a stated time period, not at start-up.
If a product is not beneficial to the creatures they serve, we will not sell them on ReptileUV.
We prefer independent studies, by professionals, scientists, physicists, or the average hobbyist with a Solarmeter 6.2. We believe ALL information is good and necessary, and should be freely shared. We are not in the game of bending information to suit our needs or using closed studies by our employees. In order to continually improve our product, we welcome your comments, both positive and negative. It's how we learn to serve the reptiles better.
