WSV Weidouli Valves Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a provincial high-tech enterprise integrated with research, design, manufacture, sales and service. Established in 1989, factory area 9500m2 and 158 workers involving 26 technicians. WSV has more than 100 sets production equipments such as NC machining center & NC machine tools, special equipments for spherical machining and welding etc. WSV has complete testing equipments as well, besides routine testing tools such as measures, apparatus, meters, physics& chemistry laboratory equipment.
WSV already through DNV organization ISO9001 international quality system authentication in 2001, got the API-6D certificate and the national special equipment-manufacturing license for pressure pipe components (TS) in 2005.
WSV's leading products are special alloy valves including titanium and titanium alloy valve series, nickel and nickel alloy valve series (hastelloy, monel, inconel), zirconium valve series and duplex steel valve series etc. Our many special material valves have obtained the national invention patent and the utility model patent. Valves design standards including: API, ANSM, EN, ISO, JIS, DIN, BS, GB. The product diameter range is 3/8"~48" (DN6~1200mm), pressure class range is 150Lb~2500Lb (0.1Mpa~24.0 Mpa). Our products are very popular in the whole nation and exported to America, Europe, Middle east, Singapore, Korea, Japan markets etc. The special material valves widely apply in industry domain the acids, alkali, salty harsh corrosive mediums and so on the chemical industry, aviation industry, petroleum chemical
industry, ocean development, smelting, electric power industry.
