16. * Does the client require Non-fiduciary Documents for LC payment- SGS/CCIC/CIQ.
Upon receipt of this LOI the final Sales Contract is sent for Buyer's signature.
INFORMATION FOR SCRAP CONTRACTS FROM WORLDWIDE KNOWN SUPPLIER
1) Standard Contract: LC based, doesn't allow buyer's inspection and only OBOL and Commercial Invoice is required for payment, 2 % Corporate PB after issue of L/C. If Bank PB is required than a 3% deposit must be issue from the buyer.
2) Spot Sale Contract L/C payable against COMMERCIAL INVOICE ONLY or TT Wire Transfer, upon receipt/confirmation of funds by our bank documents will be forwarded with 24 to 48 hours
