TOECSTAR Display Equipment Co., Ltd. (formally TOECSTAR sunshine display technology co., ltd.), founded in 1993, is a professional Hi-Tech manufacturer which integrates the design, manufacture, market, and service of LED display products.

Our parent company is TOEC (Tianjin Optical Electronic Communication Company or No. 754 Plant) with register capital of US $56 million, being China's first military production base of wireless communication products. TOECSTAR is the only manufacturer of LED display screens nominated by TOEC.
