Lead and Tin Facility:
We are the largest producer of Lead and its alloys in India and the only company in India refining Pure Tin from ore. We offer quality ingots of Pure and Alloys form of Lead and Tin. We are one of the largest suppliers of lead-tin solder alloys and lead free pure tin solder alloys in India.
Aluminium Facility:
One of its sister concern Shrey Industries Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL) has been a quality producer of Aluminium ingots, its alloys and extrusion products. We supply to major automobile companies in India. Extrusion products include EC Grade Bus Bars suitable to all electrical applications like switchgears, control panels, transformers, etc.
Copper and Bimetals Facility:
In Copper, we offer large variety of ETP Grade Bus Bars suitable to all electrical applications like transformers, switchgears, control panels etc. We have facility to produce copper up caster rods to cater to Copper Cable Industries. We have six Conform machines in our plant which can give customer desired output to very close tolerance limits. Bimetal contacts are produced out of Silver and Copper alloys.
Our Strength lies in identifying exact need of hi-tech industries and formulating customized solutions to its customers. Testing facilities include Spectrometer (optical emission, X ray fluorescent, X ray diffraction) for determining chemical composition. Dimensional accuracy is achieved through dies manufactured in house Die Shop equipped with latest CNC machines having highly skilled & experienced manpower. Apart from standard profiles, new Dies are being continuously developed and added regularly against specific need of the customer.
