Ningbo Dongteng Machine Make Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995(Previous name:Dongshen Die Manufacturing Co, .Ltd), and have enjoyed year on year growth, Presently, there is now 10000sqM of workshops and we employee 380 people, 27 of them are professional engineering staff, and over 30 are excellent tooling technicians.We have more than 10 sets of plastic jetting-moulding machine which covers from 50T to 380T, 12 sets of zinc and aluminum die casting machines which covers from 138T to 800T, CNC processing center and High Speed and High Precision machine . current main products covers as following:Car light, road neon light, shell and motor shell, acoustic shell, gas valve, pump handle etc.
We always focuses on quality improvement and technology innovation.We have over 14 years experience in tooling designing and manufacturing, we employ advanced measuring and production equipments(have DMG CNC Center, EDM, and Brown & Sharps CMMS, etc.) and utilise CAD/CAE/CAM processes and techniques. We collect rich experience on supplying high quality tools, part and assemblies to our customers.
